TV & Press advertising: Haart


The estate agency business is all about getting people to list their houses with you. Much of this decision making process is done at at the turn of the year, after Christmas, when airtime is at it’s cheapest. Therefore Haart chose to focus on a TV campaign, offering all vendors what they want – more money for their homes.

The key reason that Haart can get a vendor more money for their home is their size – they have more people on their books.

We chosen to build on this theme by showing how with other objects if more people want them the price goes up.
